Hi, Rachel. Hi, Kristen. This is an exciting episode that we have going today. You just, uh, picked something off Travis. Nope. Jason Kelce. Yours is Jason. It was an almond piece of almond. He just picked a nut up. Yep. I wanted to flick it Mike or flick the nut but then I didn't. Wow. We are like flick the bean 59 seconds and it just straight to it. Flick the bean. All right, you guys, somebody has a birthday this week. Yeah, somebody has a birthday of the week that we are. This is going out. Yeah, I do have an anniversary in a couple of days, so I'll just think about that. It's my birthday. There you go. Yeah. We're choosing to do episodes for our birthdays because it's fucking important. Our my Polamalu birthday will be next year, and I'm. I'm here for it. Ooh. I've also coined that that if you turn 43, that's your problem. I mean, of course, you know, because I'm just creative as fuck. No one else is thought of that until right now. That's not true. Do you even need me for this conversation? Yes, yes. I don't want to have a podcast by myself. Okay. Welcome to Scorpio season, friends. Also, welcome to two Mystic Mamas. That's right. So we're coming in hot topic like a Scorpio. That's right. Sting. Sting. Well. Very aggressive. Yes. Very aggressive. That's one of my, uh, one of my traits. So, Scorpio season runs from roughly October 20th 3rd to November 21st ish. Give or take. Yeah. Usually if you're born, like between the 18th and the 25th of the month, you're what's considered a cusp baby. Yes, so I am. I'm a Libra. Scorpio cusp. Yeah. Uh, but I tend to lean more towards Scorpio in. If I were to pick a sign, it would be. Which characteristic of yours do you think leans most towards Scorpio? My. My passion. That's okay. Giving passion. Giving passion. Giving passion. This is a good thing to talk about. So I was listening, uh, yesterday and then finish it up today to the most recent Andrew Huberman humor. You guys are looking you. Well, you guys aren't looking because we're not videotaping. But, um, Christine was just giving me the eyes, like, this is how you pronounce it, dum dum. Because I for a while, I like to just mispronounce things all the time because that's part of just how I am. But I was pronouncing it. Huberman. But wait. She rubbed off on me, and so I pronounced it. Huberman and Charlie almost had a heart attack. I well, you know, it was like, what did you just say? It's like he literally says it at the beginning of every podcast, Andrew Huberman. It is it is Huberman. It is Huberman, but I digress. What if you pronounced it Hub Huberman? I don't know, you're gonna have to take that up with the man himself. Andrew. Yep. Would you prefer Huberman? Huberman? Or Huberman hubs. Anyways, so talk to me about I love, I love, I love him, he's so great. He had another gentleman on who is a scientist and a professor who deals in emotional intelligence. Oh yeah. And they were really talking about like the granular differences in words and language that we use to talk about emotions and kind of the access of emotions and personality traits. So interesting. Yeah, I think it's over two hours chock full of information. Literally go listen to it. It's so good. But when this scientist, uh, I can't remember his name, Mark Burnett, I think I'll have to look that up. He goes into schools and he has something that's called a ruler program. They go into schools and they help kids identify their feelings and their Emotions. And by and large, people usually will be like, oh, I'm angry, or oh, I'm, you know, happy or something like that. And they use very broad brush emotions. Mhm. And we've kind of talked about this a little bit with the wheel of emotions that I have. And most of the time when he was getting down to it and like really working with these kids, the emotion they were actually feeling was distressed. Mhm. Not anger but it all gets lumped in totally to the same because they don't know how to articulate what they're feeling or even to acknowledge what they're feeling. So it's like this whole program, like the definition or even the word of distress. Right. Because I feel like a lot of times our emotional intelligence stems from home. And if we have parents or guardians that are emotionally inept or don't know how to express emotions or be emotional. Or accept that our children have emotions that we might not agree with, like or want to deal with or understand, right? Well, and I love I love everything that you're talking about. Continue. And I think there's a lot that we can do as parents to increase our emotional intelligence to help our kids. And the podcast doesn't go into that in, in some detail because he was bullied as a child, and that was really the stimulus for him to do this work as an adult. Mhm. The one thing they talked about was he doesn't like the term emotional because it has a negative connotation, and people don't really know what that means. What does it mean to be emotional. So he is anti emotional. The reason I bring this up is because you said passion. And I had written this in my notes because as a Scorpio you are a fixed water sign. Mhm. And emotions run high in Scorpios. Mhm. And I had written this down because I think passionate is a much better term to use when you're describing somebody who is a Scorpio rather than emotional. Yeah. And you know I know everyone is shaped differently and is unique in their own individual ways. So me talking about my journey as a Scorpio or my association more with a Scorpio again, I'm a cusp. So I do have I do have some Libra tendencies, um, in some ways, but I do and have always associated myself with being a Scorpio, and I have always been ruled by my emotions. Since I can remember, I mean always, always, always big, big emotions. Every Scorpio that I know is a very intense person. Yeah. And I feel like it. Well, it still can be challenging for me to always be comfortable with all the emotions that come up naturally. I'm in a much more mature state where when emotions come up that aren't my favorite emotions, I'm still okay to sit with them and not be quick to get out of them. And those are like the lower frequency ones that pop up throughout our our day to day, or come up and they sneak up sometimes or something triggers it and brings it back. But I definitely have learned how to be comfortable in my own skin, because it can be a lot to just be hit strongly with some of the emotions that come with being a Scorpio, when you don't necessarily willingly choose, like we don't choose what we get we right, we just come in when we come in and yeah, we just get to choose how we handle. Some of the characteristics that we have. Yeah, I read I was reading something earlier in a astrology book that said that the emotions not only rules Scorpios, it characterizes them. And we can be volatile, not confused. But like we can, we can pendulum swing from one extreme to the other a lot. So there's a lot to your point. There's a lot that comes with us. We're just a very complex sign, right. And mysterious too. And I would say so we're going to talk about Scorpio season when we talk about Rachel's birthday. Mhm. So have you thought about what the next year looks like for you as you are kind of looking into heading into that ballymaloe birthday. Yeah. Um, well I do want to touch on the fact that I think it is important to celebrate your birth, and I think there was definitely a phase Where I didn't think it was a big deal and I chose to ignore that I was getting older. I remember turning 25 and having such a hard time with it, like I couldn't stop crying. 25 was hard for me too. I just was like, I don't know where my God, where my life is going, oh my God. And it was like 25 probably until I want to say like 37, 38 where I was just like, it doesn't fucking matter. Like, who cares? I don't want to celebrate it. I just, you know, I have no problem celebrating other people's birthdays. Right? But that internal let me receive from others just it makes me uncomfortable still. Like I love to gift others, but for me to receive, I have a hard time with it. So I think I just really stopped trying to even remotely embrace it. And then my 40th was coming up and I was like, oh my God, I've been on this earth for 40 years. Like, that is a big accomplishment. And for Jeff's 40th, we had planned a trip. So we started to think about planning my trip, and I remember celebrating that birthday and just really being proud of myself and what I've accomplished and moving forward. Last year was such a monumental year for me, because I really was coming into my own and feeling this need to step into that version of myself and taking back a lot of power and energy from people, places and things that no longer needed it nor deserved it, and have been working on this new version of myself that I am so incredibly proud of and excited about the future. So to answer your question, yes. This 42nd year around the sun for me, is going to really be about harnessing my talents into this podcast, into this part of my dream and vision of getting our voice out and building something incredible and having an amazing community, and then also building my business, which I only recently received the big download for. And so I'm in the process of doing a lot of research and figuring that out, but very, very excited about what the future holds. So my 42nd year, I'm truly going to be stepping into being an entrepreneur, which holy shit is something I thought I could never accomplish. And I don't know why. Like I think about that. I'm like, why did you why do you think? And I think it's just because there's so many fear factors that come into it. Like you, you might not be able to do this. And what if you suck at this? And what if this doesn't go the way you need it to go? And all of these things that are just completely unfounded yet present themselves? Yeah, I'm ready to take on the world. And I'm really excited about this birthday. I do share it with my brothers. Yeah, we've talked about this, so my brothers are turning 40. But again, I think I've also gotten to the point where I can feel like I can celebrate my birthday without also feeling obligated to celebrate their birthday. I think for a long time it was always just the three of us, and there was no disassociation of me having an individual birthday because that's all I've ever known. So that has been an interesting thing too, where it's like. And naturally, I love my brothers and I want to celebrate their birthday, but I also want to individually celebrate myself too. As you should. Yeah, I mean to what you said earlier, it's so important to find ways to celebrate ourselves. It feels it does feel like we go through this period of time. I think, especially if you're on a growth journey, right, where when you're in your 20s and your 30s, you're just trying to figure it out like I'm supposed, wait, I'm supposed to celebrate myself, but I'm supposed to remain humble, but I'm supposed to be this, and I'm supposed to do this. And, I mean, we feel this as women all the time, right? Like I should be, I should be, and that's something that I've tried to get out of my vocabulary. Right? Is that like, I should be doing something, but the fact that you're just honoring yourself and you're not worried about what you should be doing and you're like, yeah, I'm just gonna fucking celebrate myself. That's beautiful. And I think to it's really that it's me celebrating me, not relying on others to celebrate me. Have you ever felt that feeling where you felt like somebody didn't acknowledge or celebrate your birthday and hurt you? Fuck yeah, I'm a Scorpio, right, So I fucking hurts. It so hurts, I think, to that there is a part of me that I remember distinctly stopping having expectations for people, because they'd always fucking let me down, and then I'd have to do this whole, well, that's not their responsibility. Like you had this expectation of them. You didn't communicate it, yet you somehow thought that they would know what you wanted and they didn't. And now you're upset about it. So then you stop being like, I'm not going to expect to have anything right where, you know, as you age and you have these friendships or partnerships. It's like when someone says, what do you want to do for your birthday? Have a list of what you would like to do. So then there's no expectations that you're also going to get let down, and you can have that conversation of, oh, we could probably do two out of those three things. Maybe not all of them. Are you okay with that? Yeah okay. Great. Because it also goes into when you go into Scorpio season one of my idiosyncrasies, which is a blessing and a curse, is also when people say, how are you? I hate that question because if you're going to ask me how I am, I would like to be able to tell you, right? Not. Good. How are you? Right. And I mean, like, going back to language, right? It's all in how we pose the questions. Yeah. And those emotions that you're talking about have a lot to do with our expectations when you're in your sun sign. Regardless if you're a Scorpio and you're coming into Scorpio season, it gets such a good time to be introspective, right? And I just think that naturally comes with birthdays. Mhm. Right. Well totally start to look at whether it's the aging side of it and what's happening with us physically or people have, you know, where they feel like they haven't done anything. Oh I'm 40 some years old and what the fuck have I accomplished in my life? Right. I'm in that. I'm reinventing myself. Why is I talking to you about it? Where I was like, I'm not having a fucking midlife crisis. It's more like I'm having a midlife awakening where I'm like, oh, oh, this is a really good time. Scorpio season to start to uncover secrets about ourselves. Well, that's what I was talking about was the rebirth of the midlife awakening. Yes. And I do think when you are midlife that there is that reflection of the journey thus far, the growth, the opportunities that still exists, the dreams, the aspirations, you know, that reflection time because the 20s are so critical, they're so important. I think this is happening younger and younger though, too, because what you're talking about, I've been seeing that people are experiencing this in their 20s, and it's because of everything that we see on social media and how we see that people are seemingly achieving these huge feats at very, very young ages. And so people that are in their mid 20s are actually starting to feel like they're going through midlife crisis early because they're like, what am I doing? I'm fucking like, hey, guys, if you're in that camp, that's just a part of the journey. Fuck everything you see on social media. I mean, for real. Honestly, we all have felt like we have no clue what direction our lives are going in at multiple times. I think it's important to say you should continue to reinvent yourself, whatever you're working on now, Rachel, like whatever is coming up for you and you're feeling good about your work is awesome, but it's not going to stay this way for the rest of your life. No. Absolutely not. And I feel like, too, when you get that urge to be like, what am I doing? That is an opportunity to get curious, right? It's not an opportunity to backpedal and to put shit on your shoulders. It's a time to just be like, okay, why is this feeling coming up? And then thinking about, okay, what does that all mean? And then how do I apply it moving forward? Right. Can you imagine if you stayed in the same place your whole life? Oh my God, you know, rehab. What do you think our podcast conversations are going to be like when we're older? And can you imagine having this podcast at 70 years old? Yes, because I can't imagine ever not having something to fucking say. Well that's true. I feel like everything comes with the territory, and I feel like people are going to want to know what we have to say when we're in our 70s. I mean, it might be it's going to be wild. It might not be as frequent. We might we might go from it could be Emlen and everyone in the show. And then we're the we're the takeovers, dear Lord. I mean, it would be interesting to see and know what that evolution of the of the podcast, but I think it would be awesome to still have a podcast when we're in our 70s. Right? Just sharing shit life shit. Yeah, I think it would be super cool. Anyways, 4042 years around the sun and I'm. Yeah, I'm happy I haven't been happier. I mean, wouldn't it sucked to be like I am the happiest I've ever been and be like it was six years ago? What? I feel like there's a lot of people that exist in that space, though, if I'm quite honest. Yeah. No, not. I am happy and contented and I want to keep that train going. Right? Right. You want to keep growing and changing into and evolving into that. Yeah. I think being comfortable and being joyous and having an outlook that pushes it into that is always my goal every day, right? Do I meet that goal every day? Absolutely not. But even on the days where it's like melancholy and sad or I turn into Rachel. Rachel, I'm happy for those days too, because without those days you don't platform into something anyways, so I'm here for that too. Well, what kind of celebration are you thinking this year? Well, it's going to be simple. Okay. Um, I again, when I say celebrate, I don't mean like a giant, extravagant thing. So as I mentioned, my brothers are turning 40, which that's a big birthday. 42 is. It's a big birthday for me individually because of, like, the path I'm on. But society wise, it's not like a whoa, crazy. So my parents are hosting at their house a get together for us. That's nice. So yeah. So hopefully everything comes together and the three of us will be together on our birthday, which does not happen often. Oh, I remember you saying you were going going away for the weekend, but I did not realize that your mom was throwing a hootenanny for the three of you because they are continuing to get the house ready to sell, potentially. And so there might not be an opportunity for us to all be together again. And with this being their 40th, they thought that was a good idea. I will be in Waynesboro on the actual day. Graham will be having a football game, Jeff will be here coaching and I don't know, we'll have a nice meal. Dad will make a very nice meal for us and so we'll break bread. He will make an amazing meal. Yeah, we'll have really good food, good wine, because that goes just along with the territory. So it's going to be simple. It's not going to be anything crazy. But that's my favorite thing to do honestly on my birthday, is just have a really good meal and share it with people that I love. I'd also like it if I got some new underwear. Jeffrey. What else did I want? Oh, I would also like a makeup mirror that has the light, like the LED. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I would like those two things. If the gift gods are out there listening. I believe that gift. God's name is Jeffrey. Yeah, well, he's one of them. And my parents, actually, they already gifted me my birthday present, which was very nice. And so I am going to be using some of that to gift myself a tattoo for my birthday as well. My eyelid tattoo. That's so exciting. Mhm. Yeah. I'm, I'm real pumped about that. I will document it because I'm just excited about the whole process, because I haven't had a tattoo in a long time since our dude permanently. I don't even think he's tattooing anymore. I think he quit. It's actually retiring at the end of this year. Yeah. So he has appointments for the next three months and that's it. Yeah. Which makes me real sad because I'm trying to figure out how to get my ass to Kansas City before he retires, because I need to finish some things. Yeah. So I haven't had a tattoo for a long time and so I am pumped about that. So there you go. That's my birthday in a nutshell. And I just am so excited to reflect on our episode next year about my birthday, where we've come and what we've done, and what the next year holds. We're going to be in a whole different level next year. Yeah, I can feel that hugely, I know, oh so exciting. So do you need to plan a get together though with our families for your birthday? I'm pretty sure you're the one who said after you looked at your swim schedule, I'll see you in April. Yeah, so I'll let you figure that out. Okay? It's convenient because our husbands birthdays are within days of each other, and so. It's like we always have an opportunity to make something happen there. Yeah. I don't think we ever ended up getting together for mine either, do we? The four of us? I don't think so. Schedule did not work out. No. So is there any spiritual work that you're going to do this year on your birthday? I will have a birthday ritual on my birthday. What? That looks like? I don't know yet, but I definitely will do something. Probably like a deep dive meditation. I'm real interested right now, currently in past life regression and the Akashic records and what happened previously to my soul to get me to this lifetime and to this place. And so I've been doing a lot of that work, which will continue into my 42nd year, for sure. And so I think spiritually, that's kind of where I'm at. I mean, in addition to building my business, which has a lot to do with the spiritual world, too, and just light healers and light workers in general. And also, I am pursuing my Reiki certification. So my in my 42nd year, I will also be Reiki certified, which I am unbelievably excited about as well. So incredible. Yeah. So lots. I'll be on that journey after you shortly. Lots of learning happening. I actually had a friend who had a birthday last week, and it's like a friend and a coworker, and she loves the witchy world. So I created her a birthday ritual spell, and I made her a spell candle and harvested a bunch of lavender and rosemary and marigold from my garden and put it all together, and actually wrote out a ritual for her to do. Ah, so maybe that's something that we can share on our socials is the ritual. Yeah. And, you know, if you have a birthday coming up, share a little bit of funky birthday magic with you. Yeah, yeah. I mean, it is the time of harvest. It is a time of change the season. Mhm. I just I know we're not going to dig too much into the fall but. Yeah. So you were talking about past life regressions and this is coming up on the time All Hallows Eve or Halloween is the time when the Veil between worlds is the thinnest. So really, this is the time to do that projection and dig more into connecting with the other side. I mean, you can just feel it, like you can feel it in the air, right? Yeah, for sure. And in so many cultures too. Yeah, I mean, this it goes very deep into different religions, into different cultures. It is something that is celebrated around the world. I would implore you to explore your roots in your lineage and just kind of start down that road and see where you're at and what comes to you. Because even if you're not feeling like connecting with the other side or spirits or anything like that, really just digging into your own roots and your own lineage can open up so many doors for you, especially during Scorpio season. Yeah, I am excited to see how I've just built upon where I was last year to where I am this year and how that will continue. I have some mantras okay to share with Scorpio season friends if you are exploring, if you feel like you've been wearing a mask or you're just trying to like drop the mask, or you're exploring shadow work or talking to the other side, connecting with your roots, whatever it might be. This is a time for mystery and passion, really. Scorpios are so determined, so determined. So I really feel like this is a time when you can go all in, go all in, accomplish a lot when it comes to self-awareness and self-care. So I have like 4 or 5 to share with you. So the first one is I embrace the power of Scorpio season. I am facing my fears and transforming them into growth. I love that it's so good. Like if you can get a mantra that you can see daily, um, you know, and I would say to grab pieces of this and make your own. Yeah. For sure. Oh, this part resonates with me, but this part doesn't. I recognize and stand in my full potential. That one really hits me. I love that, yeah, my thoughts become my reality. I mean, how much are we ruled by our thoughts? They rule our life, right? I embrace and celebrate my sexuality. Scorpios. Yeah. We're a little sexual beings. That's right. It's funny. Tell them about the book you were reading. Prepping for this. Oh, yeah? Yeah. Well, I told two stories. One. So when I was born, my mom had a dear friend that was really into astrology. And so she did our charts. Well, when I say our charts, she did my charts, and then she did Matthew and Justin's, you know, two years later. And my mom said when I found them, I found the artwork in the write up. And I was like, what is this? And she's like, oh, yeah, Catherine Rose did this and blah, blah, blah and all I remember her telling me was that you were just going to be a highly sexual person. And I was like, oh, Okay. That's all she took from the whole birth chart. That's the one thing that she said she distinctly remembered was that she said Rachel will be a highly sexual person. I was like, well, I lived up to that. So Katherine Rose was was accurate. But yeah, the the Scorpio season is definitely out of all the zodiac signs, the Scorpio is the most sexual. We might not have the most sex, but given the body parts, you know, there's different body parts that are associated with Zodiac. Oh, I was like, the genitals are the one. I was like, come on, I can't like. But yeah, that goes with passionate too. She was reading this book and it was, it was the Gemini and it was a Scorpio woman. Right. With the Gemini. The Gemini partner. Yes. Apparently, Rachel and I have quite the sex life that apparently I will not be able to keep up with. That's right. And then you promptly try to find an exit. How do I get out of this partnership? Yeah. The book. I should reference this book, actually. It's fascinating. It's called the only astrology book you'll ever need. Well, there we go. It's very small for only astrology. I mean, it's a thick book. Yeah. By Johanna Martin Woolfolk. And it does. It talks about your sun sign, your moon sign, your rising sign, your compatibilities. It goes into Scorpios. Also a feminine side. Um, so you have six feminine, six masculine sign in the zodiac. They go in different orders. They're, you know, all of the information that you could possibly get. Yeah. And you can go check. There's a lot of astrology in spiritual books, in libraries. And I don't know about your local library, but our local library has a day actually coming up here in a couple of weeks, and they do a $5 bag day. So they have all these books that they sell. Um, And you get a paper grocery bag. Right. And you can fill it up for $5. Yeah. And I love it. I mean I have a book that I read every day, that book of awakening that I got there. Oh yeah. Naturally there's a ton of stuff on the internet, we all know that. But kind of getting back to your roots, I love going to a library. I love physically touching a book. It's actually one of my favorite activities. According to that book, you like physically touching a lot of things. A lot of things. That's right. But even when we go thrifting, it's one of my favorite places to start is in the book section, because people get rid of books all the time, and there's just something beautiful about books. I actually just started watching a show where there's a book that has spells in it. It's a spell book. It's about witches. And what's the show? I knew you were gonna ask me that. Um, something about witches. That's. That's not the title of it. Hold on. I'll look it up. It's on effects, maybe. Okay. The name of the show is Discovery of Witches. It's on Netflix. Oh, Netflix. Okay. But in that show, there is. It takes place in Oxford in England. And she gets a book out and there's a special library there that you can only get books out. You can't check them out, but you can get them while you're in the actual place. Yeah, it was all about it was a spell book, and apparently it only presents itself to people that can and should have it for their greatest and highest good. There's a bunch of other witches and vampires that want to get it, and it won't present themselves to it, but it did to this particular girl. So I just think there's a lot of power in books is my point. Yeah, I agree. Well, my last mantra and then we can wrap it up. Yep. I am passionate about creating a magical life. I also love that. Yeah, I do too. Lots of magic in this time of year. You know, you just went to the Renaissance Festival, which we didn't even touch on, but I feel like that also just plays into this time of year. I do want to share something really quick. Yes. Because you find it. You said you weren't going to tell me. Okay, so I got a new ring. Yes, at the Renaissance Festival. Even gets a ring there every year at this one particular booth. And they sell, uh, puzzle rings, but they also have these enchanted rings. Okay, now I have an absolutely beautiful engagement ring and wedding ring that my husband bought me. He calls it a weapon. So it is. I've seen it. It is dangerous. It is. So I don't wear it often. And I've been wearing just like a band, like a silicone. Like a silicone band. And then I got. I thrifted a ring when we were down in Louisville earlier this year. Also, he has a really amazing ring that is made of wood and coffee grounds from a coffee can that was found from like the rations during the World War two. And so it's really cool. But again, it's wood. He doesn't wear it a lot. So he has silicone band for drumming. And then when we were in Fort Lauderdale for my 40th birthday, he found a sterling silver wavering that he like, really loved. And I haven't found anything that really kind of matched that, that I liked until the Renaissance Festival. Okay. And this is called the Ring of Inspiration. This water wave design symbolizes all healing, unrestrained, life giving freedom. The overflowing cup of divine communication, creativity and self-expression. Help brings inspiration to writers, poets, songwriters, teachers, and public speakers. There you go and write a redesign of a wave. Yes, and because the ocean is so symbolic for you, right? That's great. Well, you instantly were like, yes, I have to buy this ring. Yeah. Immediately I bought it. Mhm. Eve you bought a psychic banshee ring of some sort. Okay. Okay. Mhm. Mhm. Banshee. I know. All right. She's getting magical maybe with the vampires. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. I'm so excited to celebrate your birthday. You're an amazing human. You deserve to celebrate as big or as little or whatever you want to do. And I hope that this 42nd go around the sun is even more magical than you can possibly think of in your mind, like far beyond your expectations. Well, I absorb that. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Um. Go hug a Scorpio. Yeah. Give me a big hug. Send me some birthday energy. Mhm. If you see this lady out and about, give her all the birthday love. Yeah. Maybe buy her a shot. No. Thank you. Wanted to make me do 43 shots of kale juice, so. No no no no no no no no, I said, how funny would it be if we did 43 shots and you said, yeah, of kale juice. Yeah, I know it was for dramatic effect. Well, it was also a joke. I would not do 43 shots or 42 shots of anything. Well maybe water. Well, it is really going to get lit on your birthday. I mean, it's gonna be crazy. I had two glasses of wine over the, like, the last couple of days to celebrate our anniversary, and I take a nap. I was like, I cannot hang two glasses of wine. I must lay down now. Yep. But I'm also here for that, too. Time and a place. Time and a place. So if it's your birthday too. Happy birthday. This is your birthday song. It isn't very long. Ah. That's it. That's the end of the song, guys. That's awesome. We're out. All right. Bye bye bye.
