May Moons: Go Deep, Then Release

Krystyn & Rachael Season 3 Episode 13

This episode starts exactly how you’d expect… and somehow still goes off the rails. We kick things off with junk journaling and the magic of giving intention to the little things floating through our lives, before quickly spiraling into Mimi fight clubs, mom wrestling, and foot photo side hustles… all before we even say welcome. You’ve been warned.

From there, we dive into the energy of the May Moons, marking the beginning of a brand new series where we’ll guide you through the most notable moons of the year. May brings us a powerful lineup: two full moons and a new moon, each inviting us back into rhythm with the night sky, and away from the noise that’s pulled us out of our natural flow.

We start with the Scorpio Full Moon, a deep, transformative force that asks us to get honest, explore our shadow side, and reconnect with our intuition. It’s intense, it’s expansive, and for Rachael… it’s personal. This moon doesn’t let you stay surface-level, it pulls you under (in the best way).

Then we shift into the New Moon, where intention-setting takes center stage. This is your permission slip to release hustle culture, soften your grip, and plant seeds for what’s next, leading us toward the Blue Moon on May 31st.

As always, things get wide, deep, and a little naughty. Between laughter, unexpected singing, and a surprise story from Krystyn’s past performance days, we keep coming back to the same truth: go deep… and then release.

This episode is a reminder that the seeds you planted years ago, and the ones you’re planting right now, are working in ways you can’t always see. They may bloom in a month, a year, or even twenty.

Come for the chaos, stay for the wisdom, and leave feeling a little more in tune with yourself, the moon, and the magic in between.

SPEAKER_02

I was visiting my in-laws for Easter, and my mother-in-law is so fantastic. She is like the queen of planners, but also her sister got her into junk journaling. Have you heard about junk journaling? No. It's incredible. So it's basically what it sounds like. Now, Charlie's aunt takes cardboard, paper, cardboard pieces, and other things, and literally stitches together her own journal out of like reclaim paper, which is incredible. And Charlie's mom had taken like a journal. Like I think she's made paper, plus she's using cardboard. So cool. Apparently, it's a it's a whole thing. And like you take, you know, when you go to like a trip or something, you come back or a concert, you come back with flotsum and jets of like all the things. Yes. And so you take that and then you like put it in almost like you would a scrapbook. But it's like you put in receipts and you put in you know coasters and like whatever. And I was like, I want to start doing this because these things float around, first of all. Oh my god. And then you're like, what am I ever gonna fucking do with this? But you don't want to get rid of it. I have bins of stuff like this, right? So you make you get a journal and you just like each page. So like the journal she had was so thick and like, gosh, she's so creative. Hers is so beautiful.

SPEAKER_00

They do that. I last night when I was falling asleep, I had it ends with us on with Blake Lively. I heard about it, I haven't seen it. Okay, shocking. It's very good. Her name's Lily. She opens up a flower shop and it's Lily Blooms, and her name's Lily Bloom. And she does that, and she's done it since she was a teenager. And in the movie, they like showcase those junk journals where it's ideas and pictures and things that she's drawn throughout the years that she uses as the inspiration for her shop.

SPEAKER_02

I love that. I have a ton of journals that exist somewhere.

SPEAKER_00

That should be okay. We're doing the bloom boards, but we should do we should do that too. Cause that's a different exercise.

SPEAKER_02

Well, I was thinking about doing it for trips. So like I want to like all the little Disney things that we came back with. Like I have a I can see it. There's a sticker on the back of my phone that I'm looking at right here. Oh, that's like under the case, but it's not like stuck on. And I'm like, what am I ever gonna do with this Mickey Mouse sticker? Nothing. No, I just put it under there for the and I have I I still have all that stuff.

SPEAKER_00

My cousin had these little tiny glow sticks, like little tiny ones, and we crack them and put them in our mouth. So then we'd be playing with them with our teeth, not biting them. I still have that glow stick.

SPEAKER_02

I'm sorry. You have a saliva-covered miniature choking hazard saved?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, from 2001. I draw the line at that. It needs to go in a junk journal. Apparently, it does. Yeah, apparently that's what I'm holding on to it for. Throw that in with the Nelly Lanyard. Here we go.

SPEAKER_02

Here's the glow stick that I had in my mouth when I made out with Nelly.

SPEAKER_00

That's right. I just saw something because you know how Kylie Kelsey has her podcast, not gonna lie. Right. And it was showing them a clip of them cornering Mama Kelsey at the airport, paparazzi. It's TMZ, no, and they're fucking going at her trying to get details about Taylor Swift and Travis's wedding, which is just disgusting behavior, but also par for the course when you're that famous and you know, everyone just it's all clickbait, right? And Kylie lit them up. Good for her. Because they were just pestering her about, you know, and she's like, they've come at me too. She's like, I don't know shit. She's like, stop asking us, and who cares? Like, right, no. So yeah, mama bear right there. Don't mess with a mother-in-law, don't mess with the kids, don't mess with some sister-in-law.

SPEAKER_02

I think. If you mess with my mother-in-law, yes, I would yeah, rip them to shreds. Do you hear that? Oh, rip you to shreds. Oh, I thought you were pointing at Kira. Not Kira. I was like Kira to the shit. I was like, Well, I mean, if she attacks my mother-in-law, maybe, but like, I don't see that as being her kind of energy. No. I love you, Kira. I would not.

SPEAKER_00

I know, but I I seriously just like fighting Kira. I thought you were pointing at Kira. No. If you attack it. Kira would never attack Mimi. Mimi? Play your Mimi. God. It's not gonna happen. Hush.

SPEAKER_02

I'm gonna have some sort of old lady fight club when I'm older. That'd be like a meme fight club.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, Jeff said last night, he's like, you know, it'd make a lot of money. He's like, and I know how we could fund. They were talking about how he wants to create a wrestling club in our area. He was talking with another some friends of ours that were like talking about doing something similar. And he's like, I know how what could completely fund it. He's like, mom's wrestling. He's like, it would take off.

SPEAKER_02

I thought you were gonna go with foot photos, but also open. We're open to that partnership.

SPEAKER_00

No, we're not. She hasn't even talked to me about it. I'm not showing my bunions to people. Like, no. I've got great feet.

SPEAKER_02

I'll make the money for us, these moneymakers.

SPEAKER_00

Shake your moneymaker. Somehow we got from butt clapping now to foot foot photos. And mom wrestling. And mom wrestling. And Mimi fight clums. Here we are with all the ideas for our future.

SPEAKER_02

We haven't even welcomed you guys yet. So retirement. Kira's just, oh, and I threatened our wonderful audio engineer.

SPEAKER_00

Who is the sweetest, most gentle human I think I've ever met. So the fact that, you know, this dark side of hers exists, apparently. Yeah. See? All right. All right. Gonna eat it. No, I chin bumped it. All right. Welcome to two mystic mamas.

SPEAKER_02

Two two two. That's what we're talking about today, guys. The moons of May. The May Moons.

SPEAKER_00

And can't forget about the moon in between. The new moon. The new moon. So we're talking about all the moons, which is the first episode of a series that we are now launching.

SPEAKER_02

We know how much Rachel likes to share her astronomy knowledge with the world.

SPEAKER_00

My growth is ever growing. My growth is growing. Her growth is growing, guys. It's gaining traction. I put some of my growth into the Artemis. Artemis 2. I have been watching NASA's Instagram page and it's incredible. And just the interviews that they've been doing with the astronauts, and just one of the observations was when looking at Earth was just how much space is around Earth. And you don't conceptually understand that until you're in space as an astronaut. Yeah. And it like blows your mind.

SPEAKER_02

Have you heard of the pale blue dot? Uh no. So the pale blue dot is an image that was taken. I don't want to butcher the facts, but I believe it was a satellite that was sent up and it had left the gravitational pool and like very, very far out. Yes. And I can't remember name. Was this Carl Sagan, I believe. Okay. Was the the gentleman who asked for them to turn it around and take a picture of Earth. And they were like, why? We're so far away. And they did. And it's this phenomenal photo of just void space with stardust. And there's this one little tiny dot in this stream of light, if you will. And it's Earth. Yep. And it's the idea that we're just so small. So just a tiny speck of stardust. So that's like one of my favorite things ever. I actually asked Evie a couple of months ago if she will paint me a rendition of the pale blue dot to put on my wall in here. Because I love it so much.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. The moon definitely is a magical entity and it has so much power and it has so much pool on us as humans and on our planet that when you, you know, conceptually think about working with energy and how to work with moon energy, it's a lot of fun. You know, we're recording this still in April, but April has been, at least for me, a really fun fucking month. Like coming out of March, where I had the surgery, and we talked about it on previous episodes of how symbolic and physical that surgery was and is. Like I'm still healing from it. And my girlfriend brought up a really good point of just like the last thing to really heal in my abdomen and in that area when anytime you have surgery is the nerves, right? And it's that feeling and getting the feeling back. And so that has brought me into April, and I'm slowly increasing the weight that I can lift. But again, it's like the physical weight and the spiritual weight, and and just that momentum.

SPEAKER_02

Feels really good this way.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. And I love spring. I love the growth. And May has a lot of that energy too coming into it.

SPEAKER_02

May is not subtle. No, it is not subtle. It comes in, it changes everything up. And with these two full moons and the new moon happening, it is just this wild energy of both hearing, feeling the truth within, and then moving on from it.

SPEAKER_00

And I really want to emphasize how important the night sky is to how we think about and structure our days and our nights. Because before technology, before we had all of this information at our fingertips from an electronics standpoint, these events were the calendars. And the names that get associated with moons stems from the indigenous tribes that used to live on these lands. So this upcoming moon, the first May 1st, is the first one. A, it's Beltane 2, which is, if you want to know a little bit more about Beltane, we had an episode on it. It was from season two. Really cool. We did the history of Beltane from around the world and what that symbolizes, also known as May Day. Like there's a bunch of different festivals and things. So go check that out. But it's the flower moon. And a lot of when you think about blooming and growing and all of the things, all of that.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, this first full moon of May has a lot to do with both security and transformation, right? It is in Scorpio. Is that correct?

SPEAKER_00

It is in Scorpio, yep.

SPEAKER_02

Oh.

SPEAKER_00

That's gonna be a doozy for me. That's gonna be good.

SPEAKER_02

That's gonna be good. But it's also attached to water and emotional depth is gonna be a big part of this first full moon that's gonna kind of be asking for you to dig a little bit deeper.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, go below the surface. Scorpios in general, and I'll talk because I am a Scorpio. We are very comfortable with emotions. So even if you're not a Scorpio, this full moon is in the sign of Scorpio. So it will affect everyone in this way. If you don't like emotions, you're not comfortable talking about them, they make you feel a certain way. I would prepare because it's not going to ask. It's going, this is what's gonna come up.

SPEAKER_02

I mean, this is one of the most powerful full moons of the entire year, this first one in May. And it is really asking us to look at our shadow side and get in tune with our intuition because we have the ability for a lot of rebirth from this first full moon.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And if you need some visualizations, right? Like let's let's talk a little bit about flowers. You have perennial flowers and then you have annual flowers. This full moon is a perennial flower. This is a deep-rooted, comes up every year kind of flower. This is not your impatient. This is not your petunia. That's get out of here, petunas. Yeah, get out of here.

SPEAKER_02

God, you went so hard with the petunia. This is not petunas.

SPEAKER_00

Well, it's not like it's not, it's not light and delicate, right? It's beautiful and it's transformational, but it's deep. Go deep. It's all about the D. D. She uh she likes it deep. And the D. Don't even front. You like the D too, so don't even start. Oh, yeah. Her moonwork, guys. Her moonwork. My moon, my moonwork. Moonwork. My main bay.

SPEAKER_02

I mean, really what May is asking us is to release what's heavy so that we can step into something bigger. And the very first part of that is this first full moon. To your point, is allowing for a constant state of growth from this point.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. So when you go deep, right, and you I just keep saying it, it just feels good. Um what follows that when you go deep, right? Is the release naturally. Some might say the ejaculation, but straight to the new moon, guys. And on to the new moon, where you've now made a baby. No, just kidding. Well, wow. But you do have to release what when you go deep. You can't just stay deep forever. You've gone. Kira is really struggling.

SPEAKER_01

I just looked at her. I know. She can't even like you have broken poor Kira.

SPEAKER_00

Poor Kira. Holy shit. Everybody breathe deep.

SPEAKER_01

Everybody wing jumped down.

SPEAKER_00

Everybody, let's take some deep breaths. This the word of the day is is deep.

SPEAKER_02

Deep.

SPEAKER_00

That's it. See you next time. Okay. There's nowhere to go from here, but deeper. Deeper. We'll find release eventually, Rage. You have to release before you get to the new moon. You can't stay deep.

SPEAKER_02

The new moon is ruled by Venus, so that makes sense. Beauty, love.

SPEAKER_00

I think it's Taurus. No, planet. Okay, got you. Tracking. Whoa. It's fine. Uh-huh. Taurus is not a planet. In case you didn't know that, it's a zodiac.

SPEAKER_02

Listen, you guys have to know by now that you're gonna get questionable information from Neil de Grasse of the Football.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you you just always need to do a little fact, fact checking. Fact-checking. We just need to go a little deeper. Yeah, a little deeper. You need to do a little bit more deep research. Yes. Yeah. All right.

SPEAKER_02

So the new moon. Oh, this is a like a grounding portal. This is all about integration. It feels good.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, new moons naturally, you can't see them, but they're there.

unknown

Oh.

SPEAKER_02

So we've been to the deep side of the moon. Now we're going to the dark side of the moon, guys. This is a lot about self-worth though and aligning, not hustling. Throw out your hustle culture. The only hustling you should be doing is a disco.

SPEAKER_00

I always had this like angst with disco, but now as I've aged, I think I really would have loved the disco era in my 40s.

SPEAKER_02

I was raised around a lot of lesbians that loved disco. So I spent a lot, I spent a lot of time listening to disco.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, yeah. And do you love it or does it bring you back to like a place where you're like, oh god, no?

SPEAKER_02

I just it's just there. I don't feel either way about it. Oh, okay. Yeah. I mean, I can look I can I can enjoy a good disco. Yeah. But I'm not like I've got to listen to disco.

SPEAKER_00

Oh well no, it's a vibe. It is. Yeah, it's a it's a vibe. It's not like get down. Yeah. Get down. Oh, that's a that's KC in the sunshine band. No. Is that who he sings that? I don't know. But he's a disco guy.

SPEAKER_02

Yep. You know, someday we'll have somebody alongside Kira that just sits here and facts checks all the stupid shit that comes out of our mouth. Not today. Kira just laughs at us. Yes. But someday, Kira's gonna have a twin that sits right next to her and is like, uh, excuse me, bitches. But yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So there's not much to say about the the new moon other than we've said it all.

SPEAKER_02

Thanks for coming to our podcast. Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Once again, this is the end. This is the end of talking about the new moon. We're gonna move on to the next full moon.

SPEAKER_02

I think well, the new moon, I mean, listen, it's not boring, but well, no, it's it shows us what actually matters and it helps us build towards the next full moon, which happens on May 31st, which is a blue moon, which is a rare occurrence when you have two full moons and one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and if you're super gifted like us here in western Pennsylvania, we will talk all about it and then we won't see shit because we'll have cloud coverage, which is what happened at the last full moon. And I was salty AF.

SPEAKER_02

She's got some deep feelings about this.

SPEAKER_00

I do. Fucking clouds. Wow. Petunias and clouds not coming out unscathed today. That's right. I do love new moons because it is a time of reflection and it is a time of manifestation. And now, the energies of particular moons also matter, right? So Kristen mentioned that this is ruled by the planet Venus, and it's also in the sign of Taurus. So pay attention to the energy that is associated with both of those because that makes a lot of sense. And we like to do things that make sense, people. We're common sense oriented.

SPEAKER_02

You know what one of my notes is that I wrote going from one full moon to the other? The very first note was you've gone deep. Now go wide. Guys, you can't fucking make this up.

SPEAKER_00

This is not planned, not scripted. That's what's so great about doing this podcast is because we just get signs all the time that we are on the right path and that we need to do this for the collective.

SPEAKER_02

See, we do all this for you guys, all for you guys, and mildly for our own.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, definitely for our own paths, naturally. Like, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I mean, listen, the blue moon. Oh, we're moving on. I think I think we should move in. You didn't even want to talk about it. We're moving in. We're moving in. We didn't even want to talk about the new moon.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, I did, and then, you know, I was like, meh. Meh. We can move on to the blue moon because it makes me think of my favorite, favorite song. Blue moon.

SPEAKER_02

Mm-hmm. Like the duo blue moon. Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_00

That was my favorite song, probably from the time I was three till last year. Just kidding. Um, probably until I was about 10.

SPEAKER_02

So Fun Kristen Fact, coming in hot. Okay. I know or knew the guy, Freddie Johnson from the Marcellus that sang Blue Moon. He was a bass fan. It was a Pittsburgh group. Yep. And I knew him, and I actually sang a duet with him. I sang Unforgettable. What? Do you have video footage of this? It's gotta, it's gotta exist somewhere.

SPEAKER_03

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_00

Oh. Fun Kristen fact. That is a fun Christian fact. I could sing Blue Moon right now. Unprompted, unscripted. I am not gonna get in the way of this. Well, I'm not gonna do it, but I could. But it, you know, it has the best. Well, it has the best. I want to hear you do the bass line. The bomb ba da bomb ba-bomb ba-bomb bomb. That one. The fadang-a-dang-dang, fading, dong ding. Blue moon. I'm not very good though at doo-op. But I do love doo-op. I've thought about this a lot that you know how we were talking about just when your time is to like pop off and how like Stranger Things, that the show, Stranger Things, not what happens, Stranger Things that happen all the time to us. Because Stranger Things made a lot of people that hadn't been famous in 30, 40 years famous again because of the soundtracks that they decided to put in the body.

SPEAKER_03

Was that the song on there?

SPEAKER_00

No, not Blue Moon. Running up a hill that now everyone sings that song. You know, Running Up a Hill. Sing it for me. It's not really a singing song. It's like that. It's more of a challenging song to sing. It's not really a singing song. It's because her voice is like it's hard to emulate. Yeah, it's like Cindy Lauper almost a little Cindy Lauper-esque. Did you know the song? I know the song. Yeah. How old are you saying that song is? Oh, it it came out in 1983. That's it. And it did nothing. Like nothing. Not that I am saying that I I am implying that I want to quite quite that long, but just saying you never know. You never know. You never know.

SPEAKER_02

There's gonna be pieces of our podcast that are cherry-picked, and we're gonna go, we said what? I am sorry, what?

SPEAKER_00

Alright, so talking about the full moon.

SPEAKER_02

The full moon is in Sag and exploration energy, big time.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, expand.

SPEAKER_02

Evie's gonna feel this one big time.

SPEAKER_00

Yep, yep. And you know, we will to a degree because we're cap caps.

SPEAKER_02

So I mean well, I will, it's my opposite sign, so I will also feel it big time as a Gemini.

SPEAKER_00

As a Gemini, yes, yeah. So it's it is a good time. Let's fucking go. Yeah, that's the energy. You're gonna be running up a hill, right?

SPEAKER_02

And it's super, super expansive. We've gone deep. Now we're going wide. Wide, wide, wide.

SPEAKER_00

Earth matters. The hips don't lie. Shakira. Why did you whisper that?

unknown

Shakira. Shakira.

SPEAKER_00

I feel like she would appreciate this conversation. She would. I always say the hips don't lie.

SPEAKER_02

We are we are wild.

SPEAKER_00

My hips lock up when I orgasm. Did you know that?

SPEAKER_02

Like completely lock up?

SPEAKER_00

I mean, pretty lock. Kira was like this. Kira, you still have to listen to this to edit it. I don't know what I don't know what's gonna happen. Talk about how much Rachel's hips don't lie. Yeah. But also with your hips, you can hold a lot of trauma and tension there. So this might be a great opportunity to do some living room dancing or some kitchen dancing. Deep squats and release that shit. Yes, and talk to Shakira while you do it. I do think that like deep squat exercising and when you do those intentional movement, movement, movements. Mements. Moments. We're having a movement here today. Yes, we're having a moonment. Moon meant. Oh my god. You heard it here first. It's a moon meant. Moon meant.

SPEAKER_02

Fuck. All right. Vision casting. This is a really, really good time to write your future self a letter six months in the future. I love that. It's such a good exercise. It's one that I have done liberally in the past, but truth be told, the last year or so I've not been great at it.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, because those exercises are easy to forget or not prioritize. So we need to put that in our calendar.

SPEAKER_02

Yep. Also, burning limiting beliefs. Burn it to the fucking ground.

SPEAKER_00

You guys know we love to unlearn beliefs that no longer serve.

SPEAKER_02

Well, this is like a leap moon. This moon is literally propelling us out. So if you're gonna do any spell work, I would also recommend working with the fool. Take the leap of faith. Do it. Do it. I will tell you from experience just of this week. I can't I can't share things quite yet. But I made a leap of faith in a direction that felt good for me, and a million possibilities opened up. Just do it.

SPEAKER_00

You have to heed those intuitional pools. What is happening with my words? Yes. She's having an amendment with the pull. You have to heed intuitional pools. If you ignore them, they will get louder and most of the time a little bit more destructive and fuck up things. So 100%.

SPEAKER_02

The cycle is going to continue to repeat itself until you fucking wake up and see it. Yeah. Just saying. The truth is being revealed to you. The first full moon of May. The truth is being revealed to you. Now what are you going to build with it?

SPEAKER_00

What are you going to do? Talking to you.

SPEAKER_02

Petunia.

SPEAKER_00

Petunia. My nana used to call me petunia.

SPEAKER_02

Aww. So subconsciously you're yelling at yourself.

SPEAKER_00

Or am I yelling at Nana?

SPEAKER_02

We'll unpack this on another episode of Two Mystic Mamas.

SPEAKER_00

Never know where you're going to go. All right. So a couple things to look forward to with this as well. On our Patreon, we do have moon rituals associated with each of these moons. So if you are curious about how to work with some of this energy, head over there. We will have all of the information for you. We'll also have the rituals for these moons. And what was the other thing that we were going to journal prompts? The journal prompts, yes. Okay. So we'll have journal prompts and exercises that you can do to work with each of the moons throughout the month of May. This is a good month to work with the energy.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and we're going to be talking about this a lot. This does not just stop with this episode. Like Rachel mentioned, we're going to have a lot of extras on our Patreon page, but also on our social pages, we'll be sharing our own individual rituals, talking about what we're feeling, getting some listener interaction in there as well.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

So if you're having a moon moment and you feel pooed to talk to us, and you want to go deep. You want to go deep and wide.

SPEAKER_00

Deep and that's a song. That's a what? Kira. What? Oh, Shakira over here. No, no, no. Ooh. It is a youth or a children's Bible song. Deep and wide. Deep and wide. Dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun deep and wide. Come on, keep me honest here, Kira.

SPEAKER_02

This this feels like some childhood traumas wearing its ugly head.

SPEAKER_00

What's the childhood song that goes deep and wide?

SPEAKER_02

The answer is gonna be pitch go to therapy.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, praise and worship song. See? I'm not crazy. There's a fountain flowing deep and wide.

SPEAKER_02

Once you release, yes. Oh my god. No, save the children. Don't show them. Oh man. Hell is this like it? Is this before or after the ASPCA commercial came out? Oh wide and deep. You know what? I'm putting it out there. I want one of these kids to come on our podcast today. Grown up. I want to fucking hear the story about you making this music video and how you feel about going wide and deep today. There's a fountain. It's all about the fountain. If you know somebody who was a victim of this music video, please have them contact us immediately. Wow.

SPEAKER_00

You thought I was joking, but you know. You took it deeper. There was a deep thought in that brain of mine. Oh, Kira. I sent this picture to Christina. She shall now be known as Shakira. Shakira. Look at this. Look at this Catholic little girl. Hold on. I took a whole bunch. Oh, I sent this picture. Oh my god, the one with the tambourine. So this is at my aunt and uncle's wedding, and I joined the band. I was the flower girl and I joined the band.

SPEAKER_02

You said you could never have a look at that. You know, I've basically been paid as a professional musician. I know.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, look, I'm I mean, I even had the game face. Don't fuck with me. I'm a rock and roll man.

SPEAKER_02

Man, if that is not Isla, I don't know what fucking is. I know. Like, come on.

SPEAKER_00

That's a little Rachel. No, I have a c oh, this is where my love of Rainbow started was with these suspenders.

SPEAKER_02

Those suspenders.

SPEAKER_00

Those are. Look at Mary Maher. No. She was pregnant with Matt and Jess. I mean, I was I was going down a whole rabbit hole. Then there's this Rachel.

SPEAKER_02

Listen, guys, our 13-year-olds do not look like this anymore.

SPEAKER_00

No.

SPEAKER_02

It's wild to me. They're so different now. I found this on Instagram. It's the 30AF page. And they share funny memes. But it's like, I got I saw one this week and I I'm laughing. I'm dying laughing. Evie's like, what are you laughing at? And she comes and looks, and it was like pictures of kids during the 80s and 90s. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Look like seven-year-old divorcees with four kids and their clothes and their haircut.

SPEAKER_00

Have you seen the one where it was making videos of what we like used to look like making videos on a camcorder? I'll have to find it. It's hysterical because you know these girls do all of these videos and it's like two girls, and they're like, they're, you know, sitting in front of their computer. Anyways, it is a whole evolution of things.

SPEAKER_02

So well, may the May moons bring you deep exploration in whatever way you want to take that.

SPEAKER_00

So much to process with this episode. So I think I'm just gonna say, until next time. We love you guys. We do.
